The Catcher In The Rye, Chapter 3

In chapter 3 of The Catcher In The Rye, we learn more about the setting and the character. He lives in a dorm with another roommate, who seems to be close to him. There's another young man, Ackley, who lives across from Holden who seems to constantly barge into his room. They too, seem to have a close relationship due to Holden addressing Ackley in ways others would not. Ackley is very clear on the fact that he does not like Holden's roommate, Stradlater.
