Watching Jiro's story was very inspirational. He didn't just do something he loved, he also succeeded in it. He set high standards on himself because when you do something that you love you will always find small flaws to improve and perfectionize, and that is why people, like Jiro, are successful. It's the little things that set us apart from one and another. You must find those flaws and noticed them. Once you find yourself being strict towards the things you do, you will then realize you're doing something you love and enjoy. If so, do not quit, you're on the right path.
